Palacio Polka Dot Print Sleeved Dress

Palacio is a polka dot pencil dress with short puffed sleeves. The sleeves finish with a little frill. A crossover V-neckline and empire waist help define an hourglass shape. Cross-body pleats smooth the middle. It's cut from Ripple Crepe and works well for weddings and summer parties.
