Meridian Flute Sleeve Dress

The Meridian is a pencil dress with layered flute sleeves. Two tiers of peplum frill at each three quarter cuff. Cross body pleats smooth the waist and hips. Bi-Stretch contours your shape and resists wrinkles. Add flats and a jacket for the office, or heels for cocktails.
